I am getting an error, you have exceeded the device limit. How to resolve this problem?
This usually happens when you have logged in your account with different devices or web
browsers. Therefore, we suggest you log out from all the devices or web browsers to access
your account.

I have purchased McGraw Hill book how do I claim free access to the course?
We provide free book linked courses to the users who purchases McGraw Hill Books.
You need to scan the QR code from the book cover and apply the scratch code on checkout
page to claim the free access.
Is there any special offer for those who purchase McGraw Hill books?
Yes, if there is a QR code on the book cover image, it means you can claim a free access
to additional online learning resources. Scan the QR code and apply the access code on the
checkout page to claim your free access to the course.
The scratch code I applied is showing invalid coupon code. How to get the course access?
Upon applying the access code, if it shows invalid coupon, it means who have purchased a
pirated copy. In that case we request you to please report this to us at
support.india@mheducation.com with the access code and invoice.

What is refer & earn policy? What benefits it has for me?
Our refer and earn policy gives you a chance to earn extra credits by sharing your referral
code to others. You will earn 250 credits on every new sign up and course purchases made
using your unique code.
You can use your earned credits to purchase any course on the platform.
Will I get credits on signing up without a referral code?
Yes, upon signing up you will get 100 wallet credits which can be used to subscribe our
courses.
To how many users can I share my referral code?
You can share your referral to everyone. There is no limit to it.
User can't cancel the course subscription since we charge full time payment. Once the
payment is made, user can access the course till the subscription period.
